If you are unhappy for any reason, please call Carol at 302-593-6982 or email her at email@example.com to resolve the problem. While custom made and special order jewelry is not returnable or refundable, Carol will do everything possible to make sure the end result is a happy customer.
All other jewelry or gem sales can be returned for a full refund if we are notified by phone or email within 10 days of delivery of that product; or exchanged for replacement, or credit with Beads by Carol, within 30 days after you have received your order. The returned merchandise to be given full credit must be delivered with the original sales receipt and be in like-new condition in its original packaging. Upon acceptance, refunds will be made in the same method of payment.
You will be notified immediately if the returned item has a problem.
Shipping expenses are not refundable and are the responsibility of the consumer.
